Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we do

Pages use proper headings and landmarks, so screen readers and keyboard users can move around easily.

Everything can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator, and there is a skip link to the main content.

Text and controls meet colour-contrast requirements in both the light and dark themes, and the site follows your system theme and your reduced-motion setting.

Images that carry meaning have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.

The site works at narrow widths down to 360 pixels and when text is enlarged.

Known limitations

Third-party embeds, such as a scheduling tool, are controlled by their providers and may not meet the same standard.

Feedback

If you find a barrier, or need information in another format, email us at the address on our Contact page and tell us which page and what went wrong. We aim to reply within five working days and to fix problems promptly.
